Founded in June 2000, Orient has successfully produced the first clamshell laminator, the first large-sized laminator, the first pressure-regulating laminator, the first full-automatic laminator, the first multi-layer automatic laminator etc. in China PV market. These products filled up the gap of domestic solar cell assembly line, which relied on import originally. Lamination Machine Adopts A Unique Mechanical Transmission Design

The Xianxing’s Lamination Machine Adopts A Unique Mechanical Transmission Design:
◎  The product uses a ball-screw linear guide and vertical lifting mechanism (national patent registered), which makes movements smoothly and steadily. The high-precision manufacturing processes enables it reach multi-point positioning, so less parts worn for low maintenance required.
◎  Compact structural design and infinite circulation of transmission come along with
an auto-cleaning system which can effectively remove EVA residue after each lamination.
◎  Exquisite manufacturing processing for parts and equipment assure the machine a strict and standardized operation.
◎  With the reserved connection ports, the lamination machine can be connected with upstream and downstream automatic production line. And the machine is able to syncronize in high laminating speed and stable performance.
Silica Gel Plate Installation:
◎  Unique anti-folded design in the upper chamber extends the service life of plastic
sheet and improves the quality of the solar modules.
◎  Vacuum sealing tape is installed upside, which enables easy installation and product life span.
◎  Aluminum frame flange can speed up easy connection when unloading clamp, it   
also shortens the replacement time to 8-15 minutes.
The Heating platform:
◎  Using Germen advanced technology of longitudinal dual heating oil pipeline-platform. The thick and flat heating plate enables a fast heating transfer after the platform surface temperature is uniformed. It improves the accuracy, security and
compression of module on the line after finishing the processing.
◎  The oil heating station is manufactured by a professional manufacturer who is licensed to make the type of product.
The Vacuum System:
◎  Vacuum system is Germany technology (can also use brands per customer’s reference)
◎  German (LEYBOLD) brand vacuum pump is characterized in high vacuum speed and low work noise.
◎  The butterfly-shaped vacuum valve is well-known German brand (EBRO) characterizes as  reliable working stability, long life span and easy maintenance.
